3) a condition of the skin when it is pink or red and warm or hot to the touch, as from a sun burn, chemical action or striking
Example(s):
1) I'll take two red hots with the works, two jumbo fries, a Pepsi(tm) and a chocolate milk shake, please.
2) When you go to the store, please pick me up a pack of red hots, OK?
3a) Jane: "Wow, you look like a lobster." Mike: "Yeah, I'm red hot from spending the day at the beach with no suntan lotion.
